C. Ronald Rayworth

Ronnie left us on December 4, 2016 the day after his 67th birthday. Even if 67 years isn’t a long time, it’s enough time to live a life worth living.

Ronnie lived every minute of it. He loved fast cars, loud bikes, great music and the company of his friends.

When he was young he wanted to be the next Beatle and lived this out with his band. Everyone needs a backup gig and his was to be your favorite milkman, his lifelong career that he took great pride in doing. However, forever the performer, Ronnie found a new passion; acting. He loved his time spent with local theatres. Everyone needs a hobby and Ronnie loved working with his hands and he had a great love of woodworking. He also helped out whenever he was called upon and he is often remembered for his time spent volunteering for the Ramblers. Needless to say, he kept himself busy and had lots of fun along the way.

He always missed his parents; Cecil and Margie, sisters; Cheryl and Marilyn, and so many of his friends that left us too soon.

Ronnie will be remembered by his son Peter, his favorite nephew Sam, his best friend Barb and all his family and friends that made each day better than the last.

A celebration of Ronnie’s life will be held Saturday, December 10th, 2016 from 2 – 5 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus hall. Please join us in what Ron wanted, a party.

~ You will be loved and remembered forever ~

Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St. Amherst. 902-667-9906.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ronnie’s memory can be made to the Oley Foundation.

Condolences and sharing of memories may be shared with the family via: www.campbellsamherst.ca or by visiting the Funeral Home Facebook page.
