<div itemprop="description">It is with heavy hearts that the family of Margaret Ann Coates of Amherst, announce her passing on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at the High Crest Nursing Home, Springhill with her granddaughter Beth by her side. <br>Born on March 6, 1931 in Amherst, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Moffatt and Frances Stultz. <br>She will be fondly remembered by her sons; Timothy (Nancy), Amherst and Donald (Janet), Wolfville; grandchildren James, Elizabeth, Liam, Shannon and Corinne (David); brothers John Moffatt, Toronto and Richard Stultz, Barrie, ON; sisters, Judith Holmes, Oshawa and Elizabeth Stultz, Dorchester, NB; numerous nieces, nephews and their extended families. <br> Margaret was predeceased by her step mother, Laura Moffatt and sister, Barbara Stultz. <br>Visitation was held on Friday, July 29, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst (902) 667-9906. <br>Funeral service was celebrated on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 1:00 pm from Christ Church, Amherst with The Rev. Charlotte Ross officiating. Margaret was laid to rest in the Christ Church Cemetery. <br>Memorial donations can be made to Christ Church Amherst, Church of the Good Shepherd, (Tidnish) or the Cumberland VON. <br>Condolences and sharing of memories may be made to the family via; www.campbellsamherst.ca or by visiting the funeral home Facebook page. <br> <br></div>
