Gail Arsenault
January 21, 1940 - March 29, 2013
It is with broken hearts that the family of Gail Janice Arsenault age 73 of Amherst announce her passing on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan, NS.
Born in Springhill, NS she was a daughter of the late Edward and Velma (Boss) Millard.
Gail enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She worked at Playtex in Amherst and the Murphy Pant Factory.
Gail enjoyed crocheting, playing darts, music, dancing and spending time with special friends.
She is survived by three daughters Bonnie Arsenault (Mike Greene) of Fort Lawrence and her children Amanda (Ryan) Rees and Jason (Lindsey) Porter, Cindy (Paul) Allen of Pugwash and their children Matthew Allen (Ashlea Demings) and Kristopher and Marlene (Roger) Crossman and their children Corey and Bradley of Sackville, NB, one son David (Janet) of Brookdale and their children Michael Arsenault (Alyson), Jillian (Travis) Eyer and Mark Arsenault (Courtney), six great grandchildren Morgan, Logan, Max, Luc, Leah and Calvin one sister Betty Moore of Sydney, NS and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Gail was predeceased by brothers, Ralph and Glen and her children’s father Borden Arsenault.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with funeral service on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst, NS (902-667-9906)
Interment will take place at a later date in the Fenwick Cemetery.
Memorial donations in Gail’s memory may be made to the M.S. Society, the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
